UK IT Recruiter – Chennai (Onsite)
Location: Chennai (on-site), with flexibility for Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum
Key Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Full recruitment lifecycle management—including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Proven experience in UK recruitment, specifically for IT roles (permanent & contract).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Creative sourcing through internet searches, cold calling, networking, and other innovative methods.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality resumes with quick turnaround.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical recruitment process for UK-based positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Engage in high-volume sourcing and candidate outreach using varied channels (job portals, Internet, referrals, etc.)
