- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Language Proficiency: B2-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 88 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer tools.
- Customer Orientation: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Behavioural Traits: Calm, empathetic, accountable, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
