Role Description The UK Holiday Cruise Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, with working hours from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to UK holiday cruise packages, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable cruise options. Daily tasks include providing accurate information on itineraries, pricing, promotions, and booking terms, as well as processing reservations and updating customer records in the system. The position requires consistent follow-up with potential customers, managing inquiries via phone and email, and meeting defined sales and service targets. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, maintaining compliance with company policies, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in sales or customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related domains.
- Strong communication skills in English, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional email writing.
- Comfort with using computer systems, CRM or booking software, and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment, manage time well, and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities, patience, and a professional, courteous approach.
- Willingness to work the 11:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. shift from the Noida office and maintain consistent attendance.
- Prior experience dealing with international customers or UK-based clientele is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
