- We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare division, specializing placement of temporary nurses across the UK. The role requires a driven and results-focused recruiter with proven experience in healthcare staffing, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities- � Will be responsible for the sourcing and interviewing the potential candidates. � Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, databases, social media, and referrals. � Develop and nurture relationships with NHS Trusts, private hospitals, and care homes. � Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of business with clients. � Ensure adherence to UK healthcare staffing regulations and internal compliance standards. � Consistently achieve monthly targets and contribute to team revenue goals. Key Requirements- � Minimum 2- 3 years? experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within UK markets. � Strong knowledge of temporary nursing recruitment and compliance requirements (DBS, NHS framework, right-to-work). � Proficiency in using job boards (NHS Jobs, Reed, indeed, CV-Library, Totaljobs, LinkedIn, etc.). � Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. � Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. � Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
