📍 Location: Chennai (Perungudi) – Full Onsite
🕐 Shift: UK Shift (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for the UK & Europe markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sourcing top IT talent, this role is for you!
🔍 Key Responsibilities
✔️ End-to-end recruitment for UK & EU IT requirements
✔️ Sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals & other channels
✔️ Screening & shortlisting candidates as per client needs
✔️ Interview coordination & stakeholder follow-ups
✔️ Pipeline management & timely closures
✔️ Ensure quality hiring & process compliance
💡 Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 3+ years of IT recruitment experience (UK & EU market)
✔️ Strong understanding of IT roles & technologies
✔️ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
✔️ Experience working with ATS tools
✔️ Expertise in Boolean search & candidate sourcing
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Comfortable working in UK shift
⭐ Preferred Skills
✔️ Experience in contract & permanent hiring
✔️ Strong networking & negotiation skills
