We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with experience in the UK and/or European markets to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of European hiring practices, and the ability to work with international clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for UK/EU clients (Contract & Permanent roles)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases
- Understand client requirements (technical + cultural fit) and deliver quality profiles
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS systems
- Negotiate rates/salaries as per market standards (daily rate / annual salary)
- Ensure compliance with UK/EU hiring regulations (GDPR awareness, right to work, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals across Europe
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly submission and placement targets
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of UK/EU IT recruitment market
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn X-ray, job boards)
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with contract hiring models (inside IR35 / outside IR35 – for UK)
💼 Preferred Experience
- Experience working with UK/EU clients directly or through MSP/VMS models
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CV-Library, XING (Germany), Monster Europe
- Knowledge of visa/work permit requirements across EU countries
- Experience handling contract and permanent roles
