Role Description
We are seeking a full-time UK/EK Recruiter to join our team in Gurugram. This on-site/ Remote role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet organizational needs. The recruiter will build relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements, post job ads on various platforms, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, including talent sourcing and candidate screening
- Strong understanding of job postings, interview coordination, and candidate lifecycle management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines
- Experience or familiarity with UK/EK talent markets is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant recruitment or HR certifications would be advantageous
