Job Description:
is looking for an experienced and highly confident UK Education & Healthcare Recruitment Consultant based in India to join our growing team.
We are a London-based training provider and recruitment agency specializing in Nursery and Healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the UK education/training or healthcare recruitment market and be extremely confident in handling candidates over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads into course sign-ups
- Counsel and recruit students/candidates for UK-based training programs
- Build strong relationships with candidates and employers
- Guide candidates regarding UK education pathways and visa processes
- Place successful candidates with employers in the Nursery and Healthcare sectors
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain candidate pipelines
- Work closely with the London team during UK working hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience in UK education recruitment, healthcare recruitment, or training admissions
- Strong understanding of the UK education system and visa process
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Extremely confident and persuasive over phone calls
- Ability to convert raw leads into successful enrollments
- Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills
- Must be based in India and available to work UK hours
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Preferred Experience:
- Experience recruiting for Care/Nursery roles in the UK
- Experience working with training providers or recruitment agencies
- Knowledge of sponsorship/visa-related processes is an advantage
