The team focuses on personalized counselling to help learners choose the right course and destination for their academic and career goals.
Role Description
- Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess learner profiles and recommend appropriate UK programs and institutions.
- Solid knowledge of UK higher education systems, admission procedures, visa requirements, and post-study opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse learners and families.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and time management for handling multiple applications.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online platforms for communication, documentation, and tracking learner progress.
- Prior experience in overseas education counselling, student advisory services, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in education, counselling, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with team members, and participate in events and promotional activities as needed.
Requirement
- 3–4 years of overseas education counselling experience
- Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses and admission processes
- Excellent communication and student-handling skills
- A target-oriented and self-motivated approach
