Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK Destination Manager located at our Chennai office. The UK Destination Manager will oversee and guide students pursuing education opportunities in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include providing personalized consultations, managing relationships with partner universities, organizing guided informational sessions about UK education, addressing student questions and concerns, and collaborating with the admissions and visa teams. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to ensure clear guidance and excellent support for students and families
- Experience in conducting Guided Tours and facilitating information sessions
- Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to achieve enrollment goals and maintain positive relationships with university partners
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Deep understanding of the education system in the UK is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
