Are you a passionate recruiter with expertise in sourcing top talent for UK-based accounting roles? We’re looking for a dynamic UK Accounts Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team!
🔍 What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK accounting & finance roles (e.g., Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Tax, Audit, GL, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and workforce planning
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes efficiently
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of finance professionals across the UK market
- Ensure superior candidate experience and employer branding
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruiting for UK Accounts / Finance roles
- Strong understanding of UK accounting positions and hiring trends
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
