Senior Product Manager, Core Platform

As a Senior Product Manager on the Core Platform team, you will drive the roadmap and delivery of our flagship product - the UiPath Automation Platform. This involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to understand the latest industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. You will then translate these insights into product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans to deliver world-class automation capabilities. Responsibilities: - Gather and translate customer and market requirements into product roadmaps and implementation plans. - Drive the lifecycle of new feature development, from ideation to delivery, working closely with engineering and design teams. - Analyze product usage metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve the platform. - Partner with go-to-market teams to understand customer needs and create winning strategies for product positioning and packaging. - Develop a deep understanding of the RPA and Intelligent Automation landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies. - Act as a subject matter expert and internal champion for the UiPath Automation Platform. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a product manager in the enterprise software industry, ideally with experience in RPA, process automation, or workflow management. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with engineering teams to define and prioritize product requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Analytical mindset with experience in using data and customer insights to drive product decisions. - Passion for automation and the ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
