ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate Director will lead the offshore automation delivery organization, drive business development, and own the solutioning and pre-sales function for UiPath/RPA opportunities across healthcare verticals. This is a senior client-facing leadership role that bridges delivery excellence with revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the offshore UiPath delivery organization across multiple clusters and client accounts.
- Own the offshore P&L, headcount planning, utilization targets, and margin performance.
- Spearhead business development activities – identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive account growth.
- Lead RFP responses, proposal development, solutioning, and effort estimation for new and renewal engagements.
- Collaborate with the onshore Solutions Team and Pre-sales on deal strategy, pricing models, and win themes.
- Drive the Automation COE maturity and operating model evolution in alignment with the Future State Operating Model.
- Build and retain a high-performing offshore delivery team; mentor Senior Managers and Delivery Leads.
- Engage directly with C-level and VP-level stakeholders at client organizations.
- Partner with UiPath as a strategic alliance – manage platinum support coordination and co-sell motions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in IT services with 8+ years leading UiPath/RPA delivery at scale (50+ FTE offshore).
- Demonstrated experience in business development, RFP/RFI responses, proposal writing, and SOW creation.
- Strong solutioning skills – ability to design engagement models, delivery frameworks, and commercial structures.
- Deep healthcare domain expertise: Payer (CIGNA, CalOptima), Provider (Ascension, Medline, Baptist), EHR (EPIC, Trizetto/FACETS).
- P&L ownership experience with proven track record of margin improvement.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with C-suite engagement experience.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation roadmaps.
- Strong command over offshore delivery governance, SLA management, and escalation resolution.
GOOD TO HAVE
- UiPath Solutions Architect or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with multi-vendor coordination (UiPath Platinum Support, system integrators).
- Exposure to healthcare AI/ML applications and automation-led digital transformation programs.
