We are currently looking for experienced UI/UX Testers with a strong focus on UAT and user experience validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform UAT testing with a focus on UI/UX quality and usability
- Validate user journeys, accessibility, and overall experience
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and development teams in Agile environments
- Identify usability issues and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices
Technical Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAT UI/UX Testing
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with accessibility tools such as NVDA, Wave, WCAG
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams
- Ability to validate user experience and interface consistency
Good to Have
- Insurance domain knowledge
- Certifications such as ISTQB Tester, Agile Tester
- Insurance certifications (BOI, COGI, ACOGI(E))
