Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a UI/UX & Product Designer based in Hyderabad, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves designing and enhancing user experiences for AuroFyn's platform and products. Responsibilities include crafting visually appealing designs, conducting user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, and developing innovative product solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver intuitive, user-centric designs will be key to this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Visual Design and creating polished interfaces
- Experience with Design Thinking and understanding user needs
- User Research and UX Research skills to design informed solutions
- Expertise in Product Design and implementing ideas into user-friendly systems
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work in a team setting
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creative mindset
- Experience in designing for web platforms and understanding the NFT or startup ecosystem is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
