Hephy Design Minds & AVGC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Faculty/Trainer to lead training sessions on UI/UX & Product Design for tech-driven roles.
If you love breaking down design thinking, prototyping, and product design concepts for learners who want to build real, job-ready skills — this one's for you.
What you'll do:
- Design and deliver training sessions on UI/UX fundamentals and product design workflows
- Teach tools like Figma (and other industry-standard design tools)
- Guide learners through real-world case studies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles
- Introduce learners to AI tools used in modern design workflows (AI-assisted design, prototyping, research, and content generation)
- Help learners connect design thinking to actual tech product roles
- Give feedback, mentor, and track learner progress
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (industry or training experience both welcome)
- Strong portfolio showing your design process, not just final screens
- Working knowledge of AI tools in design (e.g. Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude for design workflows, or similar)
- Comfortable explaining concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Based in Bengaluru or open to remote/hybrid training sessions
Good to have:
- Prior training/teaching/mentoring experience
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Understanding of how AI is reshaping product design and tech roles
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
