Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead with 8+ years of experience to drive product design strategy, user experience, and interface excellence across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strategic design leader who can manage end-to-end design processes, mentor teams, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX strategy for digital products
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Leadership teams
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and design consistency
- Mentor and guide UI/UX team members
- Stay updated on design trends and innovation
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile product design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of User Research, Information Architecture, Design Systems, and Prototyping, Responsive Design, Accessibility Standards
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
