Role: UI/UX Design Intern

About the Role
This is a product-focused UI/UX role, not a graphic design internship.
You will work directly on real platform features, user flows, and design systems for ConnektSphere.
This role demands ownership, structured thinking, and fast iteration.
There may be periods requiring extended working hours during product sprints.
Your Responsibilities
* Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens
* Work on web and dashboard UX for ConnektSphere platform
* Create and maintain a scalable design system
* Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability improvements
* Collaborate with developers for design handoff and implementation
* Optimize existing UI for clarity, accessibility, and performance
* Contribute to product thinking, not just screen design
Who We're Looking For
This role is not for casual designers.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are:
* Strong in UX thinking and problem solving
* Comfortable with ownership and product responsibility
* Able to work in fast-paced startup sprints
* Detail-oriented and system-driven
* Strong in communication and design rationale
Preferred:
* Experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants)
* Understanding of design systems and responsive design
* Basic knowledge of web layouts (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus)
* Prior case studies or real product work
