We're looking for a highly creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can own design end-to-end — from logo design and branding, to UI/UX design, to graphic design. You'll help Helomatrix deliver clean, elegant, engaging user experiences across everything we build — bringing your own creative perspective, researching current design trends, and using AI tools to work faster and better.
Responsibilities
• Design attractive, elegant UI/UX for mobile apps and websites (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Create logos, icons, brand guidelines, and visual identity assets
• Create graphic-design assets across brand, product, and marketing needs
• Build wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Research current design trends and apply the best ideas with your own perspective
• Use AI design tools to speed up ideation and production
• Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation
• Apply UX thinking to maximise engagement and usability
• Own multiple projects end-to-end and meet deadlines
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design (open to 4 if you can justify the value)
• Strong portfolio spanning UI design (app/web), branding/logos, and social/marketing creatives
• Expert in Figma / Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Excellent grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and modern UI patterns
• Highly creative with a clear thought process and a strong personal design sense
• Self-driven learner who picks up new tools and trends independently
• Hands-on with AI tools to speed up and elevate design work
• Attention to detail and a user-first, engagement-focused mindset
Who this role is for / not for
• For you if: you can take a project from logo to mobile/web UI to graphics, you're highly creative with your own point of view, you research trends relentlessly, and you use AI to move fast.
• Not the fit if: you need constant direction, you only execute handed-down designs without your own ideas, or you're not comfortable owning creative decisions.
