MoneyEU is a FinTech company with 12+ years of experience in the payments industry,
operating across Europe and the Middle East with offices in Barcelona and Dubai. We are
building a next-generation payment gateway focused on performance, security, and seamless
user experience.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who understands the balance between complex
payment systems and simple user experiences. You will design intuitive, high-converting
flows for merchants and end-users across our payment platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end user experiences for checkout flows, merchant dashboards, and
payment interfaces
• Simplify complex payment journeys into intuitive and frictionless designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and compliance teams
• Ensure consistency across design systems and components
• Optimize UX for conversion rates, usability, and accessibility
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Requirements
• Atleast 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in FinTech or SaaS
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile products and complex workflows
• Experience designing payment flows, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Nice to Have
• Experience in checkout optimization or conversion-focused design
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
