We're looking for a UI/UX Developer who can take an idea from wireframe to working interface — someone who designs with intent and can write the front-end code to bring it to life.
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Experience: 2+ years
💰 Compensation: ₹3.6 – ₹5.4 LPA (₹3,60,000 – ₹5,40,000 per annum)
🕒 Type: Full-time
What you'll do
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma or Adobe XD
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Translate user research and feedback into design decisions you can defend
- Own and extend design systems and reusable component libraries
- Work with developers, product managers, and QA to ship features end to end
- Run usability testing and iterate based on what you learn
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device consistency
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in UI/UX design or front-end development, with at least one product shipped end to end
- A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Working knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, personas, and user journey mapping
- Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows
- Clear communicator who can explain design choices to non-designers
Nice to have
- React, Vue, or Angular basics
- Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, InVision, Storybook)
- Motion design or micro-interactions
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum teams
