Job Description/KRAs
Primary KRAs:
● Able to convert designed interfaces into HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Javascript/JQuery
● Assist the Developers Team as needed
● Should be time-oriented and MUST submit assignments on time
● Conceptualize and Design - creative and engaging user interface for websites
and ecommerce portals.
● UI designed should be according to the requirements, target audience, and latest
design trends.
● Should keep himself/herself updated with latest design trends.
● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
● Should have knowledge about W3C and Google developer tool-compliant code.
● Should be proficient in HTML, XHTML, Jquery, JavaScript and CSS and
Dreamweaver, Brackets Text editor, etc.
● Must have in-depth knowledge of working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite ( Adobe
XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD).
● Should have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways
to work around them.
● Should have Knowledge of Web Performance standards and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
● Should have thorough knowledge about UID. (User Interface Designing) and practical
experience in creating visually appealing user interface designs, and website designs and
converting them to quality table-less HTML(Pixel Perfect).
● Should be able to communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide
them quality design support.
● Should be a good team player & possess excellent communication skills.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced
environment.
Required Experience, Qualification, and Candidate Profile:
We are looking for suitable candidates who have the following skills and experience:
● 1 to 3 years of experience
● Ecommerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts.
● Strong understanding of HTML, and CSS
● Good understanding of Bootstrap / Material/ Framework
● Good understanding of LESS/SCSS, and JavaScript/ Jquery
● Good understanding of Adobe Software - Photoshop/Illustrator/XD
● Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
● Easy to adapt current technologies and process
● Open to learning new skills and technologies
● B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA or M. Sc (IT), PG in Animation or diploma in
designing, etc.
