Responsibilities- Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, banners, and layouts for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and internal branding assets.
- Develop basic motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate design workflows, generate creative concepts, create visual assets, and improve overall productivity while maintaining high design quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into user-centric design solutions.
- Apply strong design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas using both traditional and AI-assisted approaches.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Ensure consistency across all creative assets in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain well-organized design files and documentation for seamless collaboration and handoff.
- Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and AI-assisted workflows to stakeholders.

Required Skills- Strong visual design sensibility with excellent attention to detail, composition, typography, and layout.
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX design using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience creating motion graphics and editing videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered design and content generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Ability to write effective prompts and use Generative AI tools to create UI concepts, wireframes, images, illustrations, presentations, design variations, and creative assets.
- Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows, including image generation, background removal, asset enhancement, content generation, and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to evaluate, refine, and optimize AI-generated outputs to align with business requirements and brand standards.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving AI technologies and design practices.
- Awareness of the latest design trends, AI innovations, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Well-organized approach to managing design assets, version control, and handoffs.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality designs aligned with established brand guidelines.
