About Eden
Eden is a personalised health and wellness platform combining physician oversight with precision-compounded therapies — delivering treatments for weight loss, anti-ageing, hair growth, strength, and metabolic health directly to patients. Having helped thousands of members in the US, Eden is now launching in India with the same uncompromising standards that define the brand globally.
We are building every layer of the platform from scratch: a licensed compounding pharmacy, a clinical layer, a patient-facing experience, and the operational infrastructure to connect them. The people joining now will shape how Eden works in India for years to come.
The Opportunity
Eden India is looking for a UI/UX Designer who will own the website — completely, end to end. This is not a role where you hand off to a developer or wait for someone else to build what you designed. You will conceive, design, build, and maintain Eden India's entire web presence: the marketing site that acquires patients, the onboarding and intake flows, the member portal, and every digital touchpoint in between.
You are the website. You make it fast, you make it beautiful, you make it convert, and you keep it up to date. You work in Figma and you ship in Webflow. You own the outcome, not just the deliverable.
What You Will Own
The Full Website — Strategy to Shipping
- Own Eden India's web presence end to end: marketing site, patient onboarding flows, member portal pages, and all supporting web touchpoints
- Take projects from brief through research, wireframes, and high-fidelity design to live in Webflow — without a developer in the loop for standard builds
- Set and maintain the site architecture, navigation structure, and page hierarchy as the product grows
- Manage all Webflow workspaces, CMS collections, staging environments, and publish workflows
- Keep the site fast, accessible, and technically sound — own Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser consistency
Design — UX and Visual
- Design every new page and flow from scratch: onboarding, clinical intake, prescription tracking, subscription management, and patient communications
- Build and maintain a Figma-based design system — components, tokens, spacing, typography — that stays in sync with what is live in Webflow
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate flows before and after shipping
- Iterate continuously on conversion, engagement, and retention based on analytics and heatmap data
Brand & Content Experience
- Own the visual expression of Eden India on the web — every page should feel premium, trustworthy, and distinctly Eden
- Design campaign landing pages, email templates, and promotional assets as needed
- Ensure the India site is coherent with the Eden global brand while being adapted for the Indian market and audience
- Work with clinical and content teams to design educational content, therapy information pages, and patient-facing resources that are clear and credible
SEO & Performance
- Own on-page SEO: metadata, heading structure, schema markup, image optimisation, and internal linking — implemented directly in Webflow
- Monitor and improve site performance scores (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals) as a standing responsibility, not a one-off task
- Set up and maintain analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, heatmaps, and conversion tracking
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to understand workflows and reflect them accurately in patient-facing experiences
- Translate complex or regulated processes — prescription intake, consent, identity verification — into flows that feel simple and reassuring to patients
- Be the single point of accountability when anything on the website needs to change: bug, new feature, new page, or new campaign
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Background
- 4–8 years of experience spanning UI/UX design and web build — you have shipped real websites, not just designed them
- Proven, hands-on Webflow experience: you have built complete, live websites in Webflow including CMS, interactions, and responsive layouts
- Webflow certification or completion of Webflow University courses is strongly preferred — please flag any certifications or training in your application
- Consumer-facing web product experience — health, wellness, telehealth, or subscription e-commerce backgrounds are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Figma for end-to-end design work, including component libraries and design systems
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong UX fundamentals: user research, usability testing, journey mapping, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG)
- High visual design standard — you have an eye for typography, spacing, colour, and layout that is purposeful and premium
- Comfortable with SEO fundamentals: you know what metadata, heading hierarchy, schema, and Core Web Vitals actually mean and how to manage them
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS — enough to use Webflow's custom code features, troubleshoot rendering issues, and understand what you are asking of the platform
- Confident reading analytics: you use data to identify problems and validate fixes, not just report numbers
Ways of Working
- Self-directed and highly accountable — you treat the website as your product, not your task list
- Fast and iterative — you ship, learn, and improve rather than waiting for perfection before publishing
- Clear communicator — when something on the site changes or needs to change, the right people know why
- Energised by building something from scratch, not inheriting a legacy system
