Role Description
We are seeking a skilled UI-UX Designer for a full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi office. The UI-UX Designer will collaborate with our development and marketing teams to design engaging and user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities include creating visuals, wireframes, and mockups, ensuring an enhanced user experience, and designing interactive prototypes. This role also involves translating complex ideas into functional designs that align with business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design, creating mockups, and developing high-quality design assets.
- Proficiency in designing User Interfaces (UI) with a focus on intuitive user flows and interactions.
- Hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) design, ensuring products are easy and enjoyable to use.
- Basic understanding and application of Front-End Development principles to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Demonstrated ability to solve design challenges and present innovative solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
