Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer Lead specializing in mobile applications, based in Delhi, India. The role involves leading the design of intuitive user interfaces and experiences for mobile applications. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as development and product management. The designer will ensure alignment with best practices in user experience design and visual design, while also contributing to front-end development guidance to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating Mockups, Wireframes, and Prototypes that align with user needs
- Strong skills in Visual Design and an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
- Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED) and creating user-centric interfaces
- Familiarity with Front-End Development principles and responsive design practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate user behavior into effective designs
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred
- Experience leading design teams or working in a leadership capacity is an advantage
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
