Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated UI/UX Designer Intern who’s eager to grow and contribute to real-world digital products. You’ll help design clean user interfaces, shape intuitive experiences, and contribute to building structured design systems.
What You'll Do
- Design Structure & Flow : Create sitemaps, wireframes, and user flows to help visualize user journeys and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Interface Design : Design clean, functional, and visually appealing UI screens using tools like Figma.
- Project Execution : Work with the team across different project stages—from early ideation to final implementation—ensuring design quality and clarity.
- Design Systems : Support the creation and maintenance of design system components. Prior experience is not required, but you should be willing to learn how to work within design systems for scalability and consistency.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other designers to deliver polished designs on time.
- Stay Current : Keep up with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and modern design trends to inform your work.
Requirements
- UI Skills : A solid sense of layout, typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- UX Understanding : Ability to design intuitive flows and simplify complex problems through user-centered thinking.
- Design Systems : Interest in working within design systems and component libraries. Willingness to learn is essential.
- Tools : Familiarity with Figma (or similar design tools).
- Mindset : Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Previous internship or freelance experience in UI/UX design
- Understanding of responsive design and development handoff
- Curiosity about how design decisions impact development
