Are you passionate about creating intuitive, elegant, and high-performance digital experiences? Do you want to see your design work come to life in a fast-growing AI-powered platform trusted by clients across the world?

We’re hiring multiple UI/UX Designer Interns to help design and refine the user experience for our core platform — including our AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Vetting Engine, Consultant Portal, and Client Dashboard. You’ll work directly with the founding product and engineering teams to bring clarity, simplicity, and beauty to complex enterprise workflows.

This is not a design-for-the-sake-of-it role. You’ll work on real product screens, real users, and real outcomes.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design key user journeys
• Design intuitive UI layouts for consultant profiles, dashboards, workflow automation, and vetting tools
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Turn complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interactions
• Work with developer-ready design systems using tools like Figma
• Contribute ideas and design thinking to shape the product roadmap
• Iterate quickly based on real user feedback and business goals

✅ Who Should Apply

• Students, freshers, or recent grads with a strong interest in product design, UI/UX, or visual interaction design
• Hands-on experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and usability principles
• Strong portfolio or project work that shows real-world thinking and craft
• A high-ownership, feedback-driven mindset
• Bonus: interest in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS interfaces
