About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer Intern who is passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create user-centric web and mobile interfaces while gaining hands-on experience on real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities.
- Develop interactive prototypes using design tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system and UI components.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiarity with Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD/Sketch.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects is preferred.
