We offer flexible hourly and full-day stays, ensuring affordability, privacy, and customizable experiences for modern travelers. We are currently hiring interns to join our growing team and contribute to building something impactful in the hospitality space.
Role Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Flexzistay, you will work closely with the founding team to design and improve the user experience of our product. This is a hands-on role where you will not just focus on how things look, but how they work and feel. You will be involved in understanding user behavior, identifying friction points, and creating seamless, intuitive experiences across the product. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of design decisions, contribute ideas, and directly impact how users interact with Flexzistay.
Key Responsibilties
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, including wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Map and improve end-to-end user journeys by identifying and solving usability issues
- Translate product ideas into clear user flows and structured design solutions
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis to inform decisions
- Collaborate with the team and iterate designs based on feedback and user behavior
- Maintain consistency through design systems while focusing on interaction details
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for creating user-centric designs and improving digital experiences
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong sense of design, simplicity, and attention to detail
- Ability to think from a user-first perspective
- Curious, self-driven, and open to feedback
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across teams
- Ability to manage tasks in a remote work environment

Internship Structure
Duration: 2 months
Month 1: Unpaid probation period focused on learning, contribution, and performance evaluation
