About The Role
We are seeking motivated and talented UI/UX Design Interns to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our core platform, including the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Vetting Engine, Consultant Portal, and Client Dashboard. You will work closely with our founding product and engineering teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and efficient interfaces that simplify complex enterprise workflows.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world products with tangible outcomes. You will be involved in designing key user journeys, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and iterating designs based on user feedback and business needs. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform, making their experience seamless and engaging. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about product design, eager to learn, and interested in contributing to innovative AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Current students, recent graduates, or freshers with a keen interest in product design, UI/UX, or visual interaction design.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- A strong portfolio or project work demonstrating real-world design thinking and craftsmanship.
- High ownership mentality with the ability to accept and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Interest in enterprise software, AI, SaaS interfaces, or related fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to design seamless user journeys.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI layouts for various platform components such as dashboards, profiles, workflows, and vetting tools.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
- Maintain and contribute to developer-ready design systems using tools like Figma.
- Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience continually.
- Contribute innovative ideas and design thinking to influence the product roadmap and future features.
