Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Mumbai. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include understanding user requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing modern UI interfaces, collaborating closely with developers and product managers, and improving overall user experience through research and testing.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve experiences
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable UI components
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Ensure seamless user experiences across products and platforms
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas
- Optimize designs based on feedback, usability testing, and analytics
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices
- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Uizard, Framer AI, Stitch, or similar platforms
User Research & Experience
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and user flows
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
General
- Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and modern design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving approach
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
