We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to manage end-to-end design for an HR SaaS dashboard product. The role involves conducting user research, creating scalable design systems, and translating complex HR data into intuitive, data-driven visual experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with US stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and ensure accessible, high-performance, mobile-first designs. Strong SaaS product experience and advanced Figma expertise are essential.
Note: We required 4 consultants for 6 months duration:
- 2 Junior Level (2-3 years exp)
- 2 Mid Level (4-5 years exp)
Location: India (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for HR SaaS dashboards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing & persona creation.
- Build scalable design systems.
- Translate complex HR data into intuitive visual dashboards.
- Collaborate with US stakeholders & cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior designers.
- Ensure accessibility and performance-focused design.
Required Skills:
- Strong SaaS product design experience.
- Advanced Figma & prototyping expertise.
- Experience designing dashboards / B2B platforms.
- Strong UX research & problem-solving skills.
- Responsive & mobile-first design understanding.
- Ability to confidently present and defend design decisions.
