We’re hiring: UI/UX Product Designer (4–6 yrs) | Founding Team
We’re building Valerie, an AI-driven growth & investment platform for entrepreneurs.
This isn’t surface-level design. You’ll own the end-to-end product experience and shape how users interact with AI in real workflows.
What you’ll do
- Design complex B2B experiences: dashboards, multi-step forms, AI interfaces
- Turn messy workflows into simple, intuitive systems
- Work closely with engineers ,contribute at component level (React/Next.js basics expected)
- Prototype fast, iterate faster
- Build and evolve design systems
- Design AI interactions (chat, copilots, automation flows)
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years building real, shipped products (not just visual design)
- Startup mindset
- Strong product thinking + UX fundamentals
- Working knowledge of frontend (React/HTML/CSS)
- Experience with AI-driven products or async/data-heavy interfaces is a big plus
- You use AI tools to speed up your workflow
What success looks like
- Users instantly “get” the product
- Complex systems feel simple
- Design + engineering move fast because of you
- AI interactions feel practical, not gimmicky
