ABOUT CRAFTERS
Crafters Agency is a growing branding and design agency based in India, specializing in UI/UX design, brand identity, graphic design, and web development for Web2 and Web3 startups. With 124+ completed projects and clients across tech, blockchain, and energy sectors, we are a team that turns big ideas into beautiful digital experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design stunning UI/UX for web apps, mobile apps, and SaaS products (Figma)
- Create brand identity systems — logos, style guides, color palettes, typography
- Produce high-quality graphic design assets for digital and print
- Collaborate with the team on Web3 / blockchain client projects
- Present and iterate on design concepts based on client feedback
- Maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX or Brand Design (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Figma — must have; Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop — strong plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, web, or product design work
- Eye for detail, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Understanding of Web3 / crypto design aesthetics is a big plus (not mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
