Role Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer (4–7 years experience) to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and proven expertise in delivering user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. The candidate should also have exposure to AI-powered design tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma/Adobe XD
• Apply strong knowledge of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout design
• Design responsive and adaptive UI for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, persona creation, and usability analysis
• Refine designs based on usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth design handoff and implementation
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
• Perform heuristic evaluations and UX audits to identify usability improvements
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
• Leverage AI tools for faster prototyping, design generation, and workflow optimization
Required Skillset
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Experience in usability testing, design iteration, and data-driven design decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle end-to-end design ownership
AI & Design Tools (Must Have)
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo, or similar)
• Ability to use AI for wireframing, UI generation, design suggestions, and rapid prototyping
• Experience leveraging AI for user research insights, content generation, and design optimization
Preferred Qualification
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to design systems at scale
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
