Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of
experience in a product-based IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
delivering intuitive, user-centered designs by understanding user needs, business goals, and
technical constraints. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and
stakeholders to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and
engineers
● Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
● Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
● Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI standards
● Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
● Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility, usability)
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product-based IT company
● Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving approach
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
● Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
● Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Attention to detail and a creative mindse
