Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a User Experience (UX) Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, applying principles of design thinking, crafting user-centric designs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and improving visual design elements. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal user interface experiences and conducting usability testing to refine designs and user interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design and Design Thinking methodologies
- Strong skills in User Research and the ability to analyze and apply insights effectively
- Experience in Visual Design, including layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to create interactive Prototyping and wireframes to visualize user flows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is required
- Experience in educational or mentorship technology platforms is an added advantage
