About Company
Trozo is building a next-generation AI-powered customer engagement and marketing intelligence platform that helps brands connect creatives, campaigns, and revenue in one unified system.
Role
We’re looking for a highly creative Product Designer who thinks beyond UI. Someone who can design intelligent, scalable, and highly usable product experiences, from enterprise-grade dashboards, CRM systems, and AI-powered creative tools to high-converting website experiences used by brand managers, marketing teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design the Trozo Brand Dashboard, a central system used by brands to:
- Configure loyalty and campaign engines
- Create marketing assets to enable campaigns using GenAI
- Manage customer data and engagement
- Analyse marketing performance and revenue attribution
- Enable creative distribution across multiple platforms
Alongside the product, you will also design and build website pages for marketing purposes.
What You’ll Do
- Design enterprise-grade dashboards, CRM systems, and AI-powered workflows
- Design high-conversion websites, landing pages, and funnels
- Create and build webpages using Framer / CMS tools
- Simplify complex data into intuitive, scalable interfaces
- Collaborate closely to take ideas from concept → live product
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in UI/UX /Product Design
- Strong portfolio (SaaS + website work)
- Experience with Figma + Framer (or similar no-code tools)
- Strong understanding of responsive design & Material Design principles
- Experience designing data-heavy / enterprise-grade dashboards
- Ability to think in systems and move fast
Bonus
- Experience with AI products or creative tools such as Canva, Adobe CC or Similar
- Worked with D2C brands, agencies or in marketing domains
- Open to making graphics, motion designs for social media assets.
A strong portfolio showcasing both SAAS products and web work is a must.
