Job Description
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for executing high-quality design solutions that align with established product strategies and design systems. This role focuses on the intersection of visual precision, user-centric solutions, and technical feasibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end user experiences while ensuring all deliverables are technically sound and ready for engineering implementation.
I. Primary Responsibilities
Design System Adherence: Utilize and maintain the organizational Figma library, ensuring all components, variables, and styles are applied consistently across all projects.Technical Documentation & Handoff: Prepare comprehensive design specifications for the engineering team. This includes documenting all interactive states (default, hover, active, disabled) and edge cases (error handling, empty states, and loading sequences).Iterative Prototyping: Develop low-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes to facilitate stakeholder reviews and usability testing sessions.Quality Assurance (Design QA): Conduct rigorous audits of implemented features during the development cycle to ensure visual and functional parity with the original design specifications.Collaborative Design Reviews: Actively participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the collective output of the team.
II. Candidate Requirements
Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related digital discipline.Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Figma, including expertise in Component Properties, Variable creation and Prototyping features.Foundational Knowledge: A strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, typography, color theory, and layout principles.Technological Literacy: Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/Javascript) to ensure designs are scalable and implementable.Communication: Proven ability to articulate design rationale clearly and professionally to cross-functional partners.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional certification.
III. Key Performance Indicators (First 90 Days)
Consistency: Work in 100% compliance with existing Design System standards in all production files. Operational Efficiency: Successful delivery of "dev-ready" documentation for at least two major feature updates with minimal requirement for post-handoff clarification.Growth & Integration: Demonstration of a proactive feedback loop, incorporating stakeholder input into subsequent design iterations with increasing autonomy.
IV. Organizational Environment
We provide a structured environment dedicated to professional development and design excellence. As an Associate Designer, you will receive direct mentorship and have the opportunity to contribute to products that impact a significant user base. We value disciplined execution, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to the craft of design.
