We’re building hiring infrastructure for companies that care deeply about quality-of-hire, speed-to-hire, and trust in the hiring process. Our product sits in a high-stakes part of the workflow, so design matters: the experience needs to feel clear, rigorous, modern, and credible from the first interaction.
The Role
We’re hiring a Product Designer to help define the product experience.
This is a high-trust role for someone with exceptional taste, strong product judgment, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape the experience across both sides of the platform: the companies using us to evaluate talent, and the candidates moving through the assessment process.
We’re looking for someone who can bring an enterprise-grade level of polish and clarity to a product that deals with complex workflows, structured decision-making, and high-trust interactions. You should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving fast, and setting a high bar for what “good” looks like.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product design across our core workflows for both employers and candidates
- Turn complex hiring, assessment, and evaluation flows into simple, intuitive product experiences
- Design clean, high-trust interfaces that feel modern, rigorous, and enterprise-ready
- Create wireframes, prototypes, polished UI, and clear handoff-ready specifications
- Work directly with founders and engineers to shape product direction and ship quickly
- Establish design principles, patterns, and systems that can scale with the product
- Bring strong product thinking to ambiguous problems, not just execution
- Raise the quality bar across the company through craft, judgment, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in product design, with a portfolio that shows excellent taste and strong end-to-end thinking
- A sharp eye for clean, refined, enterprise-grade product design
- Ability to simplify dense or complex workflows without making them feel lightweight
- Strong product intuition and the ability to make good decisions quickly
- Comfort working in early-stage environments with limited structure and high ownership
- Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and very high standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in founder-led environments
- A clear point of view on what makes software feel credible, elegant, and easy to trust
Especially Excited About People Who
- Have designed B2B or workflow-heavy software
- Fullstack/coding experience is a significant plus
- Have worked with game design software
- Have unusually strong visual restraint and taste
- Can move fluidly between interaction design, systems thinking, and product strategy
- Care deeply about clarity, hierarchy, and detail
