We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in applying design patterns and modern frameworks across the full stack-front-end, back-end, and cloud. This role involves hands-on coding, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Translate wireframes, mockups, and user requirements into interactive web applications that are intuitive and accessible.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, with attention to performance and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Create component libraries and reusable UI elements, applying consistent design principles across applications.
• Work with RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate front-end features with back-end systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to front-end planning and estimation.
• Stay up to date with emerging UI technologies, frameworks, accessibility standards, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure UI quality, usability, and bug-free experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI design and front-end development for enterprise applications.
• Preferred: Certifications in UX design, front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), or Microsoft Azure Developer Associate.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale user interfaces and front-end applications leveraging modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA), and UI/UX best practices.
• Solid understanding of integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Practical experience collaborating with cloud teams and working with Azure services to support front-end solutions.
• Familiarity with design systems, component-based architecture, and front-end patterns (e.g., MVVM, component-driven development).
• Good understanding of web security principles, governance, and compliance related to user interfaces.
• Ability to produce and maintain UI/UX documentation, including wireframes, style guides, interaction flows, and technical specs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, browser compatibility, and front-end testing frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple design and development initiatives concurrently, balancing quality, usability, and timely delivery.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or Front-End Developer in enterprise environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with React, Angular, or Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong skills in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and design systems (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
• Knowledge of front-end architectural patterns (component-based design, MVVM).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Understanding of web security fundamentals (XSS prevention, secure session handling).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
