Role Description The UI/UX Designer role at Skribe is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design process from understanding user problems to shipping clean, intuitive interfaces for a platform used daily by business users who need clarity, speed, and trust in every screen.
What You'll Do
● Translate product requirements and user problems into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI
● Design and maintain a consistent design system/component library in Figma
● Design data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, reports) that stay clear and usable at scale
● Collaborate closely with the PM and engineering to scope, refine, and ship features
● Create marketing/collateral assets in Canva when needed (landing pages, one-pagers, social creatives)
● Conduct or assist in lightweight user research/usability checks and iterate based on feedback
● Own the visual and interaction quality bar across the product
Skill Requirements
● Figma (component-based design, auto-layout, prototyping)
● Canva (for quick marketing/collateral assets)
● Strong visual/interaction design fundamentals
● Basic understanding of data visualization principles
● Video editing skills (product demos, onboarding walkthroughs, social content)
● Prior experience designing for B2B/SaaS or dashboard-heavy products
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (to understand implementation constraints)
