Role Description Pravaron Technologies is looking for a UI/UX Designer to work with the team to design modern, intuitive, responsive, and visually distinctive digital experiences.
The candidate will design AI-powered products, automation platforms, SaaS dashboards, admin panels, internal tools, company websites, and other software interfaces. They should be capable of understanding complex workflows and converting them into clear and user-friendly product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements, users, workflows, and business objectives.
- Conduct competitor research and lightweight user research.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Create high-fidelity responsive designs using Figma.
- Design SaaS dashboards, admin panels, AI interfaces, and internal tools.
- Design interfaces for AI agents, automation workflows, approvals, and notifications.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems.
- Define typography, spacing, colors, components, and interaction patterns.
- Design desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Create loading, empty, error, success, and disabled states.
- Prepare detailed developer handoff specifications.
- Collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Conduct design quality reviews after development.
- Improve usability and accessibility across products.
- Create landing pages, recruitment pages, product graphics, and company assets.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve product experiences.
- Ensure visual consistency across Pravaron Technologies products.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design

- B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology with a strong design portfolio
- Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related field
