Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Delhi, India. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and enhancing user experiences to create seamless, visually appealing design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into impactful designs. Additional responsibilities include applying best practices of visual and interaction design to improve accessibility and usability across digital platforms.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Mockups and Prototyping to visualize and test design concepts.
- Strong skills in Visual Design to deliver aesthetic and cohesive user interfaces.
- Experience in User Experience Design (UED) to ensure functional and intuitive user experiences.
- Knowledge of Front-End Development to effectively collaborate with development teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
- Relevant degree or certification in UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or a related field.
