Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about understanding user behavior, translating business requirements into seamless interfaces, and creating visually appealing designs that enhance usability and engagement.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing team and stakeholders to design web and mobile applications that align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify user needs and design opportunities.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop user-centered design solutions based on usability principles and feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency.
• Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to improve product experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing teams.
• Optimize website and landing page experiences for usability, conversion, and engagement.
• Ensure responsive design compatibility across devices and platforms.
• Contribute to SEO-friendly design practices and digital experience optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, user journey mapping, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and familiarity with AI-powered design/productivity tools for improving design workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development concepts, WordPress, Wix, and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with market research, competitor analysis, SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and conversion-focused design practices.
• Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and collaboration tools like Visual Studio Code, ChatGPT, and Zoho
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in designing websites, dashboards, landing pages, or SaaS products.
• Experience or exposure to 3D design, illustrations, or interactive visual design will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, front-end frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to align design decisions with business goals
