About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at EvoluteIQ. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business objectives and user insights into innovative design solutions. Your expertise will help shape the user journey, ensuring seamless interactions and engaging interfaces that align with our commitment to cutting-edge AI-driven technologies. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, demonstrating a strong portfolio that showcases their design thinking, visual aesthetics, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, and other user testing platforms is essential. A solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, responsive web applications, and mobile-first principles is required. Experience working with enterprise-scale design systems and scalable UI frameworks is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-driven user experiences, conversational interfaces, personalization flows, and human-AI interactions will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. The candidate should be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities within an agile environment, and committed to inclusive and accessible design standards.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, user-friendly digital interfaces for web and mobile applications that meet business and user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs utilizing tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis to gather insights and identify pain points.
- Translate business requirements, workflow analyses, and research findings into scalable UX solutions and design artifacts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and fellow designers to ensure alignment of user needs with business goals.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to enhance usability and overall customer experience.
- Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems, reusable components, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and brand guidelines.
- Design adaptive and personalized user experiences, including AI-enabled interfaces and conversational UX interactions.
- Evaluate AI-powered experiences for usability, transparency, privacy, bias, and safety considerations.
- Leverage AI tools and integrations to optimize design workflows, accelerate documentation, and support strategic problem-solving.
- Stay updated with emerging UX trends, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and industry best practices to continually enhance design quality.
