Job details:
MagnovaLabs is growing — and we're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team.
We're looking for someone who can turn ideas and requirements into clean, intuitive, modern digital experiences — from early wireframes to polished, developer-ready designs.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for someone who wants to take real ownership of the design process and work closely with developers.
What you'll be working on
- Designing websites and web applications
- Creating wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity UI designs
- Working extensively in Figma
- Designing responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile
- Creating and maintaining reusable components and design systems
- Establishing typography, spacing, grids and visual hierarchy
- Translating requirements into practical user experiences
- Working closely with developers during implementation
- Reviewing implemented designs and ensuring accurate design-to-code execution
- Iterating based on feedback, usability and technical constraints
- Improving existing interfaces and creating new experiences from scratch
What we're looking for
Must have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing responsive websites and web applications
- Understanding of components, variants and design systems
- Ability to create structured, developer-friendly designs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand requirements and turn them into thoughtful design solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real UI/UX work
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
- Experience working closely with frontend developers
- Understanding of accessibility and usability
- Experience with design systems
- Experience with Webflow or similar tools
- Basic understanding of frontend limitations and implementation
What matters to us
We aren't looking for someone who simply makes screens look beautiful.
We want a designer who understands how and why an interface works.
You should care about:
→ User experience
→ Simplicity
→ Visual hierarchy
→ Consistency
→ Responsiveness
→ Accessibility
→ Design systems
→ Developer handoff
You should also be comfortable receiving feedback, challenging assumptions when necessary, and iterating until the design is right.
