User Experience Designer (0–2 Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our on-site team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing intuitive digital experiences, understands user behavior, and wants to grow in a fast-paced product and technology environment.
You will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces, improve usability, and contribute to impactful digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct basic user research and understand user needs and behaviors
- Conduct industrial designs, video editing, packaging will be a add on
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs
- Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product improvement
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing design projects or case studies is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications or related field is a plus
