We’re looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team in Pune. You’ll work on real product features and designs while also contributing to brand visuals like banners and social media creatives. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-stage designer to gain hands-on experience across product and visual design in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing clean, user-friendly UI screens for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and visual layouts in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and refine features.
- Take initiative to clarify requirements before starting any design work.
- Contribute to visual creatives such as banners, social media posts, or brand assets when required.
- Follow structured design processes and iterate based on feedback from users or team.
- Ensure designs are responsive, consistent, and align with platform guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
- A decent portfolio showing UI/UX design work and visual creativity.
- Good understanding of layout, spacing, typography, colour, and basic UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma (and optionally Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva).
- Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow steadily.
- Good communication and time management skills.
